Customer Service

Delivery
All fertilisers are despatched by nationwide carrier or courier. We aim to despatch all orders within two days from payment, and if there is any unexpected delay, you will be advised by e-mail.   200 litre drums and pods are delivered free to the nearest freight depot, all smaller sizes are free to your door.

Guarantee
All our fertiliser products are guaranteed to published specifications. However, variation in soil properties and fertility, climatic conditions, handling, mixing and application, means we can’t be held responsible for customers’ growth results.

Payment Terms
Credit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Cheque: We accept cheques from New Zealand customers. Please note that your order will be despatched when we receive your cheque clearance (currently three days).

Internet Banking: Please submit payment to the following account and be sure to put your name and/or order number as reference: ASB 12 3193 0018218 00.

Sales Support
Please email us on info@bloominggood.co.nz or phone 0800 FERTNZ (0800 337 869) for any assistance you may need. If you phone us, you won’t need to listen to an extended robotic menu, but will either reach a real person  or our answer phone if the lines are busy. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Damaged Goods
All fertilisers are despatched by nationwide courier or freighter and are insured. If goods are received in a damaged condition it is essential that you claim on the appropriate carrier at the time of delivery. Alternatively you can advise us and we will claim on your behalf – but it is absolutely essential that you advise us within seven days of delivery, otherwise no claims for damage will be acknowledged, so please check your goods when you receive them.

Product Shelf Life
Our clients are aware that buying larger sized fertiliser packs is an economically sound idea, but we are frequently asked about the shelf life of the fertiliser. The answer is…that providing the product is kept with the lid tightly closed, not contaminated with water or another product, and in a cool dark place, the shelf life is indefinite – certainly a number of years. However, because of its organic base, it should not be kept after dilution – the consequent bacterial reaction should be happening in your ground, not in your shed!

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We will never give, lease, sell, loan, or otherwise disclose your personal information, including contact forms, download requests or email lists.

The highest level of SSL browser encryption is used to ensure that all sensitive data transmissions between ourselves and our customers are encrypted and secured to the highest level possible.
